the location was very convenient, especially since i needed to catch an early flight.
The room cleanliness was an issue. There were small insects in the bathroom. the air conditioning wasn't very effective, so the room remained quite warm. i also found the noise from outside to be disruptive. It made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The airport shuttle runs frequently and is free. The driver helped load my luggage. water refilling stations are available on every floor. This saved me from buying bottled water! the staff was helpful with directions and information about nearby malls.
The walls are quite thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway.
